He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Thompson and Florence Thompson; and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pushman Thompson; his sister Kristine James (Joe); his children, Cammie Stephens (Eric), Greg Thompson (Laura) and Ryan Thompson (Karen); his grandchildren, Catherine Williams (Xavier), Mary Stephens, Ellie, Josh Thompson, Andrew, Jenna and Trevor Thompson; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy Pushman, Terri Bartlett (Lee) and Virginia Peoples. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
