He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Matilda Johnson Rooks of Carl, GA and John Herschel Rooks of Carl, GA; his wife Ruth Carolyn Tullis Rooks; his siblings, John Louis, James "Theo", Randall, Mary Lou Rooks Kilgore, Alma Jean Rooks Barnette and Memphis "Matrid" Rooks; his son-in-law Donald Lee "Don" Head (Formula); and his granddaughter Karen Leigh Head.
He is survived by: his sisters, Julia Rooks Duncan of Monroe, GA and Joyce Rooks Allen of Eatonton, GA.; his daughter Elaine; his son-in-law Wayne Magness; his granddaughter Camille Ayers (Carlton); his great grandchild Haley Ayers of Toccoa, GA; his granddaughter Haley Livingston (Billy) of Bethlehem, GA; his great grandchild Bethany Livingston of Bethlehem, GA.; his daughter Pam Head; his granddaughter Michelle Egas (Gabriel) of Elizabethtown, KY; his great grandchildren, Adalyn and Grayson Egas of Elizabethtown, KY; his granddaughter Victoria Head; and his pets, Honeyhart, Patches and Auburn.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Planned PEThood, an organization that Rudolph loved and worked with as he trapped and released a small army of feral cats, which he dearly loved.
