She is survived by: her daughters, Natalie Mentor, Natasha George and Antoinette Mentor; her grandchildren, Tyesha Hinkson, Gabriella Mentor, Josef Mentor and Tandee George; her great grandchild Josiah Mentor; and her siblings, Micheal Lewis, John Lewis and Annmarie Pascal. She is also survived by Noreen Mentor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
