It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Bixler (Lawrenceville, Georgia), who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Elwood Bixler and Elizabeth Ganter Bixler; and his son Donald Bixler. He is survived by: his wife Carole Bixler; his children, Deborah (Scott Unroe), Lisa (Tom Litzinger), Cindy (Matthew Robertson) and Kevin (Dawn Bixler); his daughter-in-law Gwyn Bixler of Lawrenceville; and his siblings, Beverly Franklet of Eastsound, WA, Barrie Eldridge of Winston Salem, NC and Jason Bixler of Clarkesville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
