We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2023, at the age of 91, Robert E. Nowell Jr. of Lawrenceville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Nowell, Sr. and Erma Smith Nowell; his sister Patricia Nowell Partee; and his foster son Bill Godwin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stephenson Nowell; his children, R. David Nowell and Laine Nowell (Mike Crow); his granddaughter Ansley Anchors; and also, Libby Godwin Maddux (Dan), Daniel Godwin (Luciana), John Godwin, Stephen Godwin, Elizabeth Godwin and Daniella Godwin.
