He is survived by: his wife Mary Rosalie Chafin; and his children, Rita Kelley (Chris), Barry Chafin (Deneen), Rene Wellman, Craig Chafin (Teresa), Eric Chafin (Tina) and Daryl Chafin (Lora). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
