He is survived by: his wife Brenda Johnson; his son Ricky Madden (Aquilla) of Florida; his siblings, Craig Johnson of Brooklyn, NY and Alisa Ortiz of Florida; and his aunt Betty Cooper of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
