He was predeceased by: his parents, Sloan Benson Williams and Myrtle Earl Williams; his daughter Tonja Ann Williams; and his siblings, Aileen West, Marilyn Jarrard and Sloan B. Williams, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy; his son-in-law Bert Crawford of Shelby, NC; his children, Vickie Jenkins of Shelby, NC, Delwyn Williams of Shelby, NC and Adrian; his daughter-in-law Angelina Williams of Lawrenceville; his daughter Melinda; his son-in-law Michael Price of Dahlonega; his grandchildren, Kirsten Turner (Joshua), Jonathan Vernon Crawford (Amber), Derrick Jenkins (Amber) and Lucas Williams; his great grandchildren, Aly Turner, Jackson Turner, Grayson Turner, Aliah Jenkins and Jacob Jenkins; and his siblings, May Belle Lee of Clermont and Delwyn Mondell Williams of Oakwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
