It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elosia Kuekes (Lawrenceville, Georgia), born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schiffman and Vina Harbron Schiffmann; and her husband Fred Kuekes. She is survived by: her sister Jerilyn Schiffmann Wedge; her sons, Steven (Rebekah), Jeffrey and Gregory (Helen); her grandchildren, Matthew Kuekes (Lydia Kuekes), Katie Kuekes Baker (Joel Baker), Karl Kuekes (Pastor Molly Kuekes), Emma Kuekes Berthoff (Tyler Berthoff) and Sarah Kuekes DeWitt (Matthew DeWitt); and her great grandchildren, Rosalie Baker and Wade Kuekes.
