She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Fortner; her parents, Curtis Doster and Irma Doster; and her siblings, Robert (Bobby), Gerald Doster and Becky.

She is survived by: her son Bill; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Fortner; her children, Donnie Fortner and Debbie Fortner; her grandsons, Seth and Ben Fortner; and her sisters, Doris Cotton and Joan Mcleod. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
