She is survived by: her husband Jonas; her daughter Jennifer; her son-in-law Bobby Ray; her son Matthew Petrikas; her granddaughter Haley Ray; and her brothers, James Martini and Michael Martini.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Alzheimer's Association.
