Though Joseph Willis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jalaine Brand; his parents, Myrtie Brand and Cliff Brand; and his siblings, Charles Brand and Carolyn Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Branch (Tom) and Keith Brand (Shannon); and his siblings, Nancy Billew and Sonny Brand (Rosalyn). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and a large extended family.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Gwinnett Memorial Park (925 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to White Plains Baptist Church (https://whiteplainsbaptistchurch.com) in Jefferson, GA, benefiting the youth department. Donations can be made to the "Joe Brand Memorial Fund for Youth Ministry" in the optional comments.
