We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025, at the age of 85, James LeBron McGuffey of Lawrenceville, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James LeBron McGuffey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward McGuffey and Mary "Mae" Elizabeth Martin McGuffey; and his siblings, Velma Goolsby, Doris Wood, Joyce McGuffey Rhea, Neal McGuffey and Edward McGuffey.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Wilson McGuffey; and his sons, David McGuffey (Melinda) and Kenneth McGuffey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hebron Baptist Church (202 Hebron Church Rd, Dacula, GA 30019). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
