He is survived by: his brother Samuel Harry; his significant other Lily Anna Edna Freeman; his children, Major Priscilla and Harold Russell (Eva); his grandchildren, Monica Seadorf (Brandon), Jeanna Bagley (Brian), Christina Goicochea (Luciano), Paul Russell (Jennifer), Rebekah Herman (Mike) and Timothy Russell (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Victoria Swyers, Allie Robertson (Blake), Julia Swyers, Zoelle Bagley, Ronen Bagley, Rosario Goicochea, Lucia Goicochea, Paul Gary Russell, Mikayla Russell, Gavin Herman and Mila Jane Herman; and his nieces and nephews, Denise Keller (Jim), Christine Cloyd (Dan), Savon Frierson (John), Dennis Russell, Walter Drissel (Callie), William David Drissel and John Drissel (Edie).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be mailed to The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters, 1424 Northeast Expressway, Atlanta, GA 30329 for the Caribbean Territorial Headquarters c/o Pam Werner, in Memory of Major James Henry Russell.
