He was predeceased by: his former wife Lawanda Gay Ramsey of Tulia, TX; his children, Paul Sewell Ramsey and Joy Dessa Cunningham; and his parents, Paul H. Ramsey and Dessa M. Ramsey (Keller).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Ramsey of Lawrenceville, GA; his daughter Gaylynn Ramsey Tollison (Joseph) of Snellville, GA; and his sisters, Pauline Christenson and Patsy Simmons. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.
