She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Smallwood and Clara Smallwood; her children, Cynthia, John (Rhonda), Wanda (Jim), Gerald, James (Kim), April and Dolly; and her siblings, Frankie, James Gregory, William, Carrie, Inez, Debbie, Caroline and Marylou.
