She was predeceased by: her parents, George Garrette and Rachel Garrette (Hervey); and her former husband Blair Bishop. She is survived by: her daughter Paige; her son-in-law Ron Massey; her brother Ron; her sister-in-law Chris Garrette; her sister Judy; her brother-in-law Harlon Compton; her grandchildren, Crystal Baxter (Chris), Seth Massey and Daniel Jones (Mandy); her great grandchildren, Logan, Lucas, Hayden, Camden and Landen; and her former husband Tom Columbus.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
