She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ralph and Dorothy Elaine Gordon Paulk; her daughter Jennifer Lea Evans; and her sister Phyllis Elaine Dixon. She is survived by: her brother Jim Paulk (Jackie) of Cordele, Georgia; her nieces and nephews, Trey Clark (Stacey) of McDonough, Austin Clark of Washington, DC, Addison Clark of Milledgeville, April Gregory (Brian) of Savannah, Justin Paulk (Morgan) of Cordele, Emma, Beck and Huck Paulk of Cordele, Georgia; and her former husband Al Evans of Tucker.
