He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Warlick and Myrtis Taylor Warlick; his daughters, Debra Warlick and Laurie Warlick; and his brothers, Charlie Warlick and Ralph Warlick.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Warlick; his grandson Alex Rohrer (Alyna); his sister Sarah Hall (Don); and his sisters-in-law, June Warlick and Joanne Warlick. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations may be made to Creative Enterprises 701 Hi Hope Lane, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.
