He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Walters and June Walters. He is survived by: his significant other Diane Dyer Walters; his children, Pamela Church (Jeff), Paula Anderson (Bill) and Mark Walters (Debbie); and his sister Carolyn Ballew (Eddie).
