She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eugene Best Sr. and Brita Best; and her brothers, Charles Eugene Best Jr. and Fred Armand Best. She is survived by: her husband Bob Powell; her children, Danny (Nancy Powell), John (Tressa Powell) and Leigh; her son-in-law Scott Britt; her grandchildren, Ben, Joe, Grace, Noah Powell, David, Matthew Britt and Barclay Carson (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Carson and Callen.
