We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2024, at the age of 85, Barbara Ann Hemmings (Lawrenceville, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nettie Mae Brown; and her brothers, Pat Brown and Bobby Brown. She is survived by: her husband Waymon Hemmings; her children, Kathy Elaine Hemmings and Michael Wayne Hemmings (Kathy Greene Hemmings); her grandchild Kendall Jared Hemmings (Anna Elizabeth Hemmings); her great grandchild Eli; her grandchild Madison Hemmings Kane (James Patrick Kane); her great grandchildren, Skylar, Tucker and Hunter Garrett Hemmings (Paisleigh Whitten Price); her pets, Jack, Jill and Sam; and her family, Christine, Paul Freestone, Jan, Brian McPheely, Ginger Barber, Janet, Dan Sims, Margaret Washburn, Eric Ballinger, Mike and Stephanie Townsend.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Barbara's name to either Paw Project of Georgia (https://pawprojectofgeorgia.org), or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
