He is survived by: his wife Maria Vitela of Lawrenceville; his children, Jose Manuel Vitela of Houston, TX, Alejandro Vitela of Dacula, Lorena Vitela of Snellville and Mary Vitela of Lawrenceville; and his siblings, Juan Vitela of Cornelia, Hector Vitela of Durango, Hugo Vitela of Durango, Oralia Vitela of Durango, Mexico. and Rosalba Vitela of Durango, Mexico.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
