He is survived by: his wife Paula Anne Godwin Fox; his sons, Adam Godwin (Whittney), Levi Fox (Kalyn) and Brandon Fox; his grandchildren, Alexis Godwin, Mayson Godwin, Sarabeth Godwin, Reagan Murphy and Breelie Murphy; his great grandchild Weston Godwin; and his siblings, Barry Fox, Shane Porter, Shawn Bauer and Christi Price.
