He is survived by: his wife Faye Lewis; his children, Chris Lewis (Christy), Hollie Lewis Baird (James "Bill" Smith), Craig Lewis (Kristen) and Chase Lewis; and his brothers, Freddie Lewis and Ronnie Lewis. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
