He was predeceased by: his parents, O. Z. Floyd and Annie Belle Floyd (Pitts); his wife Wanda Blakely Floyd; and his siblings, Barbara McMahon, Joan Sims, Brenda Brawner, Aaron Floyd, Ancel Floyd, Wesley Floyd, Shelton Floyd and Tony Floyd.
He is survived by: his close friend Sherri Moore; and his sister Anita Wright. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
