It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Richards Tidwell of Lavonia, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Odell and Verde Mae Queen Richards; her husband Robert Judson Tidwell; and her sisters, Mary Daprano, Gertrude Weathers, Nancy Hogan and Rose Traber.

She is survived by: her daughter Janis Tidwell Callaway (Charles); her brother Bob Richards; her grandchildren, Robert J. Norton (Susan), Julie Norton Brown, Brad Tenney and Melissa Tenney Phillips (Richard); her great grandchildren, Anthony Norton and Casey Norton; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson Norton and Lexie Bennett.
