Leonard James Hlavac Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard James Hlavac of Lavonia, Georgia, born in Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hlavac and Susan Oravets Hlavac; his brother Richard Hlavac; his mother-in-law Ella Mae; and his brother-in-law Dave Froman.

He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughter Shari; his son-in-law Darin Garner of Dallas; his son Kevin Hlavac of Ball Ground; his grandson Tyler; his granddaughter-in-law Sloane Hlavac of Ellijay; his granddaughters, Ashley Hlavac (Josh VanderArk) of Jacksonville, Fla., Morgan and Madison Gardner of Dallas; and his stepgranddaughter Aubrey Garner of Vincennes, Ind.. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
