He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hulsey and Bonnie White Hulsey; his wife Dr. Judy Harris Hulsey; his siblings, Billy Hulsey (Clara), Jane Hulsey Forester, Max Hulsey and Marlene Hulsey Bryant; his siblings-in-law, Betty Harris Morris and Bo Morris; and his nephew Billy Hulsey, Jr. (Johnny Humphrey).
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Jo Hulsey Ginn (Joel), Mary "Doodle" Hulsey Payne and Martha Hulsey Maxwell Carithers; his brother-in-law David Bryant; his nieces and nephews, James Morris (Marjory), Brian Morris, Stephen Maxwell, Thomas Maxwell, Jeffrey Ginn, Brian Ginn, Kevin Ginn Michael Ginn, Barry Bryant, Marty Bryant, Kendall Payne, Scott Hulsey, Gary Hulsey, Janet Clayton, Susan Kesler, Christi Sanders and Patti Haley; and his friends, Sue Humphrey and David Roberts. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
