With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Walters Rhino of Lavonia, Georgia, born in Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Traul Walters and Lois Woodward Walters; her husband Chappell Victor Rhino; and her sisters, Fran Walters and Mary Kimmerle Clayton.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Rhino (Missy), Danny Rhino (Rhonda), Vicky Ryder (Bobby), Tim Rhino (Julie) and David Rhino (Karen); her grandchildren, Randy Jr. Rhino (Sarah), Mikal Rhino (Alyson), Kelley Rhino (Laura), Caty McCoy (Patrick), Michelle Anderson (Everett), Brian Rhino (Courtney), Lindsey Rhino, Reagan Rhino and Ryan Ryder; her great grandchildren, Austin, Catherine, Morgan Rhino, Dallas, Bode, Stella, Rabun Rhino, Gabriel, Phoebe, Graham Rhino, Jack, Charlie McCoy, Luke, Reese Rhino and Charlie Anderson; and her caregivers, Rhonda Johnson, Zoe Boling, Kay Canady, Tammie Massey, Karen Allen and Cliff Whitworth.
