She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harper, Sr. and Ruth Strickland; and her brother Bill Harper, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Russell Starrett; her children, Jimmy Woody (La'el), Jessica Barrett (Ethan) and Josh Starrett (Michelle McDaniel); her grandchildren, Dayton Malachi Woody and McKenzie Nicole Barrett; her sisters, Nancy Clark (Rainie) and Linda Stewart; and her brothers-in-law, Rodney Starrett (Melanie) and Randy Starrett (Beth). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
