He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary Grobelnik (Michael Dunham) and Fred Grobelnik; his aunts and uncles, Joan Baker (Jim), Linda Micko (Dick), George Miller and Mark Miller; his grandparents, Fred, Eilene Grobelnik, George and Celeste Miller; and his cousin Richie Micko.
He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Leka (Kent), Jody Grobelnik, Jamie Grobelnik and Peggy Robinson; his nieces and nephews, Katelyn, Emily, Ryan and Evan; his uncles, Bobby Grobelnik (Lilly) and Robert Miller (Loretta); his cousins, Shannon Miller (Julie), Chris Miller (Pam), Eve Smith (David), Timmy Baker (Jan), Tammy Baker, Jimmy Baker (Sherry), Tracy McGrew (Mike), Christopher Reid (Heather), Michael Goin (Jaime), Misty Goin Brown (Mark), Joshua Grobelnik, Angie Zentgraf (Derek), Danny Grobelnik, Brandie Brown (Kenny), Amy Estes (Chad) and Dylan Martin (Kiara); and also, Rhonda Grobelnik, Penny Bush, Tallie Basham, Carolyn Grobelnik and Mary Fuentes (Ed).
