With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Kinnett II of Lavonia, Georgia, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on March 29, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; his son Jimbo (Darlena); his grandchildren, Christopher, Savannah, Maddie and Avery; his son Bradley (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Mason and Taylor; his son Blake (Samantha); his grandchildren, Jackson, Scarlett and Caroline; and his parents, Julian Francis and Elizabeth DeShong Kinnett.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Darrell Gwynn Foundation for the gift of mobility and support for vital research towards a cure for paralysis.
