He was predeceased by: his parent Robert K.; his wife Edna Pruitt (Miller); his sons, Danny Crowe and James "Tooney" Miller; his great grandchild Andrew Mitchell; and his brothers, Robert Pruitt, George Pruitt and Hugh Pruitt.
He is survived by: his parent Minnie Pruitt (Foster); his daughter Polly Mitchell; his son-in-law Harry; his son Mike Pruitt; his brother James Pruitt; and his grandchildren, Scott, Denise Mitchell, Kim, Scot Bruce, Ginger, Wayne Kirk, Brad Miller and Lisa Thomason.
