He was predeceased by: his parents, John Erastus "Pete" Casey and Lethia Casey (Cole); and his siblings, T. J. Childs, Sue Seymour and Mildred Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Casey (Monroe); his daughters, Dena Sinha (Radha Sinha) and Christy; his son-in-law Jeff Tallent; and his grandchildren, Lexie Tallent, Mikena Sinha, Eli Sinha and Casey Tallent.
