She was predeceased by: her parents, Chief Joseph and Julia Teller (Pyawasit); her husband Arnold Fetters; her children, Joylyn Toy, Tonya Howard, Christopher Howard and Cliff Howard; her grandsons, Joshua Howard and Andrew Howard; and her siblings, Michael Teller, Barbara Levonavich, Evelyn Kaquatosh, Harriett Bielke and Edith Fish.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Lee Norris, Jerilyn Steffen and David Howard; her grandchildren, Christopher Ray Norris, Timothy Logan Lee Norris, Rebecca Norris, Johnathon Brown, Cory Steffen, Desiree Howard, Michael Howard, Faith Toy, Crystal Szaflarski, Donna Howard, David Howard, Jr., Timothy Howard, Matthew Harris, Lacey Abercrombie, Angel Harris, Holly Harris, Nicholas Miner and Brittany Howard; and her sister Delores Feldman. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
