It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Howell of Lavonia, Georgia, born in Washington, Georgia, who passed away on October 1, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred Howell and Emma Ozene Story Howell; and his siblings, Mary Faye Minter, Emma Ruth Blount, Betty Jean Marsh, Ezra Howell, Cary Story, James Howell, Dennis Johnson and Danny Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McNeff Howell; his children, Tammy Walker, Jamie Hammock (Jeff) and Brad Howell; his bonus-childrens, Gary McNeff, Jerry McNeff, Carrie Albrecht and Mary Watts; his siblings, Rachel McDaniel, Martha Howell and Tim Howell; his grandchildren, Jackson Howell, Nick Howell, Noah Howell, Billy Hammock, Wyatt Hammock, Jessica Darcey, Jake Walker and Julia Walker; his bonus-grandchildrens, Christina McNeff, Kayla McNeff, Steven McNeff, Sean McNeff, Zackary McNeff, James Machie, RJ Albrecht, Patrick Albrecht and Tyler Albrecht; and his great grandchildren, Caden Cameron, Knox Howell, Kaia Rose McNeff, Theo McNeff, Madison McNeff, Colin McNeff and Carter Albrecht.
