He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton Oswald Elliott and Lena Jewell Walters Elliott; and his wife Jennie L. Elliott. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Charles Elliott and Kelli Lanette Elliott Scott (James) of Lavonia; his grandsons, Dustin Charles Elliott (Jessie) of Charlottesville, VA and Clay Tillman Elliott (Sara) of Washington, DC.; and his great grandchild River Lane Elliott.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no traditional public memorial service at this time.
