With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Reed of Lavonia, Georgia, born in Abbeville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brenda Reed to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Reid and Ellen Purdy Reid; her husband Horace Kenneth Reed; and her sister Jane Norris. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie (Peter Bartow) and Myra (Tribble Drake); and her siblings, James Reid of Hartwell and Ellen Pickens of Pendleton, SC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
