He is survived by: his wife Chelsey Carmen Lynn Collins of Lavonia; his children, Bre'ly Dorothia Collins, Jimmy Zachary Axl Collins and Cooper Shadow Ace Collins; his stepmother Sarina Collins of Cornelia; his siblings, Cody Masters of Cornelia, Joshua Collins of Habersham County, Angel Cantrell of Gainesville and Heather; his brother-in-law Jack Gilbert of Pelzer, SC; his sister Hollie; his sister-in-law Cassie Ruff-Knight of Jonesboro; his grandparents, Lee and Willette McClellon; his aunts, Karen Chastain and Pamela Collins; his uncle Chuck Whitmire; his mother-in-law Germaine Gilbert of Pelzer, SC; his siblings-in-law, Christy M.
