With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Brooks Marcengill (Lavonia, Georgia), who passed away on August 25, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Omie Jane Brooks (Marcus); her daughter Annette Porter; her granddaughter Kelsey Martin; and her siblings, Charles Brooks, Ruth Bryant, Gladys Spearman, Edward Kelly and Betty Hernandez.
She is survived by: her sons, Allen (Anne Marcengill), Stanley Marcengill, Kenneth (Barbara Marcengill Rousey) and James (Gwen Marcengill Pickens); her grandchildren, April Bailey, Chad Marcengill, Amy Burry, Pam Hitchcock, Michael Marcengill, Neysa Dove, Timothy Marcengill, Kenimer Rousey, Kerry Smith, Kristopher Rousey, Tina Jones, Christie Elrod, Brooke Elrod, Brittni Pickens and Kailey Martin; and her brothers, James Kelly and Marvin Kelly.
