She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sanders and Lucille Pounds Sanders; and her siblings, David Sanders and Sarah Sanders Berryman. She is survived by: her children, Patricia (William Bruce) and Walt (Kelly Myers).

In Lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter in Lavonia GA.
