He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fulgham Livingston; his children, Jonathan Maxwell Livingston (Wendy) of Lakeland, Nicole L. Elkins (Greg) of Signal Mountain, Joseph Brenden Livingston (Whitney) of Lakeland and Walter Kevin Livingston of Slidell, LA; his grandchildren, Emily Ann, Molly, Kennedy, Josie, Marley, Brennen and Kristen; his great grandchild Caitlyn Watts; his sister Lawanna L. Horton of Ringgold, Georgia; and his close friend Mike Branch (Shelia) of Stockton, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
