He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ray (Barker); his wife Tina Pruitt Fountain of Lakeland, GA; his daughters, Hali Fountain of Nashville, GA and Kaytlin Fountain of Lakeland, GA; his pets, Dixie and Bodey; his brothers, Shane Fountain (Karen) of Mars Hill, NC and Todd Fountain (Gini) of Greenville, SC; his father-in-law John Pruitt of Lakeland, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Pruitt of Cairo, GA, Wesley Pruitt (Darcy) of Nashville, GA, Linda Lancaster (Daryl) of Nashville, GA, Miranda Pruitt of Lakeland, GA, Velda Shuman (Tim) of Lakeland, GA and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
The family has requested that mask be worn and practice social distancing.
