He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lou Warren (Sirmans) of Lakeland, GA; his daughters, Mary Lynn Frazier of Lakeland, GA and Connie Marie Warren of Naylor, GA; his grandchildren, Robin Lee Frazier (Nicki), Alexis Michelle Martin (Francisco), April Nicole Frazier (Cody Ford) and Chase Alexander Perham; his great grandchildren, Haley Nicole Frazier, Nathan Lee Ford and Elizabeth Ann Ford; his son Spanky Houston of Lakeland, GA; and his siblings, Ann Jones of Nashville, GA and John Warren of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
