She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen Chapman and Eunice Chapman (Perry); her husband Oliver Arlington Conner; her sons, Bill Conner and James Conner; and her siblings, Martha Rose Wildes, Emily Herrin, Camilla McCook, Roswell Chapman and Joe Chapman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Conner Bruce (Jimmy) of Lakeland and Patty Conner Vanover (Mark) of Duluth, Georgia; her grandchildren, Terry Bruce Sikes (Mike), Ben Bruce (Kim), Ginger Conner Griffis (Paul), Joie Conner (Heather) and Daryll Vanover (Amy Collins); her great grandchildren, Patrick Outler (Michaela), Allyson Outler Price (Chrystian), Jonathon Bruce (Jessica), Aaron Bruce (Emily), Kari Griffis Maddox (Samuel) and Laura Griffis; and her great great grandchildren, Cooper, Reese, Jonah, Atlas, Stella, Sebastian, River, Eli, Tristan and Jacob. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving family members.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakeland Methodist Church (80 W Main St, Lakeland, GA 31635). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Her contributions to the church community earned her the heartfelt title of "The Quiet Disciple.".

“Granny Conner was an amazing lady. My childhood was made so special with her in my life. I have so many wonderful memories with Granny Conner. I always looked forward to the trips with Nana and Papaw to go visit everyone. You were so loved and you loved back with abundance. Oh ,you are going to be missed by so many!
