He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Emory Swindle, John, Margaret Darsey, Slaton and Doris Shaw; and his uncles, Charles Shaw and James "Jay" Shaw.
He is survived by: his parents, Loyd Levin Shaw Sr. and Margaret Anne Shaw (Swindle) of Lakeland; his sister Allison; his brother-in-law Raymond Ray of Adel, Georgia; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Gayla Shaw of Valdosta, Georgia; his friend Lisa Plair of Lakeland Georgia; and his aunts, Zelna Shaw of Lakeland, Libby Shaw of Lakeland, Emily Shaw Anderson (Fred) of Valdosta, Lynn and Dice Roberts of Sylvester, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
