He is survived by: his wife Helen Cook of Lakeland, Georgia; his son Mark Cook of Lakeland, Georgia; his sisters, Beatrice Thornton of Lakeland, Georgia and Louise Burkhalter of Lakeland, Georgia; and his close friend Betty McKinnon of Nashville, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
