He is survived by: his wife Ruth Skinner of Homerville, GA; his children, Barbara (Mike Martinez), Peggy (Sherman Bennett), Ellie (David Stone), Glenn (Robin Skinner) and John (Stephanie Skinner); and his daughter-in-law Virginia Skinner of Lakeland.
