He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Lou Watson Peacock and James Elton Peacock, Sr.; his daughter Tammy Renee Peacock; and his siblings, James Elton Peacock, Jr., Edgar Peacock of Elwood Peacock, J. R and Mildred Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Peacock of Lakeland; his children, Debbie Moore (Lamar) of Graceville and Jerry Peacock, Jr. (Laurie) of Headland, Alabama; his grandchildren, Tabitha Sirmans (Lee), Michelle Wilcox (Casey), Jessica Harrell (Matt), Alyssa Bradford (Arthur), Quinton Peacock (Mandy), Bethany McDuffie (Trey), AnnaHalee Waters (Caleb) and Micah Moore (Joanna); and his siblings, Bob Peacock (Jane) of Lake City, Joe Peacock (Kathleen) of Madison, Florida, Mary Nell Young of Jasper, Diane Stapleton of Valdosta and Ruby Daniels of Jasper. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
